Tunisian women professionals have made significant strides in their rate of participation in the justice sector in recent years.
As countries seek to make progress towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal 16, there is growing recognition that it is essential to work with both state and non-state justice systems to strengthen the rule of law and effectively prevent and resolve conflicts.

When asked if corruption is one of the major challenges facing Ukraine today, the three judges of the recently established High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) interviewed by IDLO were unanimous in their answers. The HACC is due to begin operations in September 2019.

Lenny N. Rosalin is the Deputy Minister for Child Growth and Development within Indonesia’s Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection. Since joining the Ministry in 2007, she has worked on various portfolios including violence against women, ‘child-friendly cities’ and protection of women laborers. She is now in charge of child growth and development.
