The sub-project seeks to prevent and protect children and women from becoming victims of gender-based violence by empowering schoolteachers and social workers to talk to children and parents about domestic violence. The Gender Equality Center is delivering a series of training sessions on domestic violence and gender-based violence prevention to teachers, students and parents, and providing counselling services at school in Zamiin-Uud, Dornogovi province. The implementing partner is also organizing awareness-raising activities engaging children and parents as agents of change to prevent domestic and child violence.
