Bus campaign in Yangon: commuters share thoughts on sexual harassment

Around 2.2 million people use the bus in Yangon, Myanmar every day. Sexual harassment on city buses is widely reported as a daily occurrence.

To mark the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence in November and December 2019, IDLO streamed a video highlighting sexual harassment on 369 buses, also encouraging the public to speak out about it.
