IDLO, along with the Ministry of Justice of Mongolia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, will host an international workshop from September 11-12 in Ulaanbaatar to discuss the new Mongolian draft Judicial Decision Enforcement Act. It will be attended by international experts from Germany, the Republic of Korea and Moldova, who will share best practices on judicial decision enforcement reform. The workshop aims to validate the draft law before its formal presentation to the Parliament and discuss the pros and cons of private, mixed and public decision enforcement systems dealing with administrative and civil cases.
