This sub-project aimed to strengthen access to justice for vulnerable people in Tunisia through a participatory and human rights-based approach. The Association NESS pour la Prévention Combinée (NESS) enhanced the knowledge of 25 representatives of civil society organizations (CSOs) of key human rights principles, constitutional rights, related advocacy, and available support services. Specifically, the implementing partner, in collaboration with CSOs working on constitutional rights, developed an advocacy strategy to deal with human rights violations and organized a capitalization workshop for CSO representatives to discuss the unconstitutional articles of the Penal Code and their impact on marginalized groups.
