This Crisis Governance Forum session is dedicated to a discussion of government responses to the COVID-19 pandemic, targeting those most at risk of being left behind: their place in the context of policies to advance equity, non-discrimination, and social inclusion under the SDG16 roadmap; and their contribution to strengthen social resilience and create the conditions for building back better in the future.
