Media accreditation
Journalists, photographers, and camerapersons can follow the event in person by sending an email to communications@idlo.int by Monday, 29 May 5:00 pm attaching the following:
For representatives of the Italian press:
- Copy of an identity document
- Letter of assignment from the newspaper of affiliation or – in the absence of the latter – copy of a professional card.
For representatives of foreign press organizations not accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
- Copy of an identity document
- Letter from the newspaper of affiliation
- Verbal note of the Embassy in Rome of the country of the press organization represented.
For representatives of foreign press already accredited at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the request must be sent with a copy of an identity document attached. Accredited journalists, photographers and camerapersons may enter the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the Farnesina) from the main entrance, left side, from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. on 30 May.
