IDLO's ability to stimulate change depends on how effectively, efficiently and consistently it delivers program results.  Results based management (RBM) plays a critical role in this effort, from needs assessment through project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.  This approach strengthens its accountability to key stakeholders, enables it to quickly adjust and adapt approaches within a changing global context and furthers its ability to communicate results and analysis concisely to the international community.
