Uchenna Emelonye is IDLO Manager of Governance, Institutional and Justice Reform Programmes. He articulates technical support for legal professionals and engages governments in legal and judicial reform. Emelonye is a Human Rights Fellow of the Open Society Justice Initiative and a PhD candidate in the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1995 in Nigeria and holds two Master's degrees in Law from the Abia State University, Nigeria and the Central European University Budapest, Hungary.
